By using Founder Triage, you agree to these terms.

What the service is

Founder Triage provides diagnostic guidance about where a software product's funnel may be underperforming. It is decision support, not professional financial, legal or business advice.

No guarantees

A diagnosis identifies where to look first based on the information you provide. It does not guarantee any outcome, revenue or business success. Results are only as accurate as the numbers you enter.

Paid diagnostic

The Full Founder Triage is a one-time purchase of $39USD. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Checkout is not available until payments are configured. When it is, Stripe processes the payment. The private link in the success URL is how you open the report. Keep it private.

If generation fails, reply to your Stripe receipt with the report ID shown on the report page. We will re-run the report or refund the payment. We do not charge again for a retry. There is no separate company billing address on this page; the receipt is the support channel.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or probe the service, including checkout and report links that aren't yours.
• Only submit information about products you're entitled to share.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
